I started Pineworks because I couldn't find a detailer I trusted with my own car. Not one that actually cared about the process about doing it properly. So I learned how to do it myself, properly, and realised pretty quickly that other people wanted the same thing.
What started as detailing my own car and a few friends' turned into something real almost immediately. Word of mouth is a powerful thing when the results speak for themselves and they did. Every job got posted. Every result got shared. Bookings started coming in before I'd even built a proper website.
I'm 20, I'm a university student, and I run this entirely on my own. Every detail is done by me personally I don't subcontract, I don't rush, and I don't take on more than I can do well. That's deliberate. The moment I compromise on quality to take on more volume is the moment Pineworks stops being what it's supposed to be.
My background is JDM. Japanese car culture, the attention to detail in how those cars are engineered, the pride of ownership that's what Pineworks is built on. Driven by perfection isn't just a tagline. It's the only way I know how to work.
